Lemon: flavour, drinks and weight-loss claims

Lemon water is flavoured water. It is neither a detoxification procedure nor evidence of fat burning.

Flavour, not a weight-loss promise : Flavour. Conceptual illustration; see the guide for explanations and sources.

What to expect

Lemon can flavour water, vegetables or a sauce, helping vary preparations. Acidity and individual tolerance matter; drinking concentrated juice is not necessary for varied eating.

A sauce, not a cleanse

For a vegetable dressing, mix lemon juice, some oil and herbs to taste. Note other ingredients when comparing sauces. This is cooking, not a fasting drink regimen, and it cannot calculate fat loss.

EXAMPLE / HOW TO USE IT

An example to adapt

Add lemon to a yoghurt sauce for vegetables and a meal base. Choose the amount for taste, without a fasting ritual or hormonal objective.
