METHOD

A promise should be open to examination.

Our framework keeps unknowns visible. It does not turn an impression or mechanism into a clinical result.

1. Name the question

Start with a precise question: which medicine, formula, meal or constraint? Different intentions are not merged to generate a ranking.

2. Identify the source

Look for health authorities, regulatory information and identifiable publications. Manufacturer text describes what is claimed; it does not certify the advertised result.

3. Check the match

Population, formulation, studied dose, duration and comparator should match the claim. Discrepancies stay visible. Trial averages are not personal forecasts.

4. Produce a useful step

Each guide includes an example or procedure. Tools work on your device without collecting personal information. A recipe remains a recipe without invented clinical effects.

5. Correct without rewriting history

Changed data trigger revision of affected text. Study and document dates remain real. Archives do not justify obsolete advice or redistribution without permission. The publisher has authorised redistribution of the historical food-list PDF; its original date and notices remain intact.
