Look at what is missing
A fruit list does not describe complete eating. Compare the programme with usual meals: which other food sources disappeared, how many meals were replaced and for how long? Being plant-based alone does not guarantee suitability.
Keep fruit within a wider meal
For breakfast, combine fruit with bread and yoghurt or an option fitting your preferences. For dessert, choose a preparation you enjoy. Whole fruit, juice and mixtures with other ingredients differ in form; compare what is actually served, not just the word “fruit”.
Examine the detox promise
A fruit-by-fruit timetable demonstrates neither toxin removal nor targeted fat loss. If it involves major restriction, discuss it with a professional, particularly with medicines or an eating-disorder history. Fruit variety can support enjoyment and recipes without claiming clinical outcomes.
EXAMPLE / HOW TO USE IT
Replace the plan
Instead of “three days of apples only”, plan three uses: an apple for dessert, pieces in yoghurt, fruit carried for a break with other foods if needed. The intended result is more varied organisation, not quantified weight loss.
