What to expect
A drink might be flavoured water, juice, a sweetened drink, infusion or stimulant mixture. The same sales argument can hide these differences. Examine label values per 100 ml and then per glass. Check ingredients relevant to you, including caffeine, plants or substances associated with your medicines.
Decode a complete glass
Record ingredients and total quantity: water, sugar, syrup, juice, milk or other components. An unmodified infusion and a juice cocktail using the same detox name are not identical. Compare drinks within your usual habits rather than ranking them by colour.
EXAMPLE / HOW TO USE IT
An example to adapt
Fictional example: a drink lists 20 kcal per 100 ml and the bottle holds 500 ml. Drinking the whole bottle gives 20 × 5 = 100 kcal. This is label arithmetic, not an intake prescription.
